SHIPPING
Orders usually ship within 7 business days. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.  If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping provider directly with the shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International customers may also be charged additional customs fees depending on the country's policies. These are the buyer's responsibility, so please keep this in mind when placing international orders.

International Orders: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government-imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If damaged on arrival, please contact info@sarahkoik.com within 1 week of receiving, and include a photo of the damaged item. Sadly since most pieces are one of a kind, replacements are not always possible, but refunds can be made.  

 

USE & CARE

All ceramic pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe. Due to the shapes and details of each piece, hand washing is recommended.

Every object is made by hand by Sarah Koik and will vary slightly in shape and color.
